The Always Glaciers Full Day tour to the world known Torres del Paine National Park, brings passengers the possibility to visit almost all the National Park area, by riding over different roads that surrounds Torres del Paine mountain massif and discover the most beautiful Patagonian landscapes, directly (without need to go through Puerto Natales first). We have modern buses, expert drivers and bilingual specialized tourist guides also entitled by the Chilenean National Park administration. Starting from El Calafate, Argentina, our pick up time would be 06.10 AM from the hotel (radius of 3km from downtown). Please be at in mind that 05,30 AM is estimated. We will be arriving to the frontier (Cerro Castillo) around 10AM, and once the paperwork is finished, we will have 30 minutes to change money, have a traditional breakfast, take some time to meet the locals and then go back to the road. Once everybody is ready to keep up, the big group will be divided on smaller buses, in order to give personalized service and move better through the different roads. Each bus will have a guide that will help you reach the best experience at the park. We will arrive to the first attraction at 11:40 AM, “El Lago Sarmiento”, and make a brief stop to take the first pictures of the awesome landscape. The next stop will be at Laguna Amarga, at 12:30 PM, this is one of the entrances to the park. In this point, the group will pay the National Park Fee. Later, will be arriving to “Lago Nordenskjold”, a beautiful lake where you will be able to see the reflexion on its water, of one of the most important park attractions: Torres del Paine Peaks or “Cuernos del Paine”. An outstanding gift from nature. We will get to Pudeto area around 1:30 PM. From this point, we will begin a one hour and a half trekking to “Cuernos del Paine” and also “Salto Grande Fall” lookouts, which you can join or not (If the passengers decides not to hike, there is a possibility to stay in the bus). Although, they both are of Low difficulty. After enjoying the trip, the group will depart to the National Park Administration Center (CONAF), in order to get there around 3PM.We will have a little resting time here, so everyone could have the chance to take some pictures, walk and get your passport signed by the CONAF (it’s very fancy). The bus will start the return to Laguna Amarga around 4.30PM, and continue to the frontier at 5:00 PM. We will arriving to Cerro Castillo at 6:00 PM.

Arrival times: Calafate 10:30 PM/ 11 PM | Puerto Natales: 7:30 PM/ 8 PM


This tour service is not available this following days: 24 th, 25 th, 31 th December and 1 st January

• Don’t forget your passport and additional papers if needed. The paperwork at the frontier could also represent a waiting time that ain’t Always Glaciers responsibility. • The schedule could be modified because of wheather conditions, paperwork issues, etc without previous notice. • The NP guide will get on the bus once you are in Chile. From El Calafate to Cerro Castillo (Chilean Frontier), the tour will be assisted by the company bus driver.

Personal Identification:

Personal id’s and visas (not every country – check with us!) are strictly needed to cross the frontier. Always Glaciers will not respond for personal problems on this matter. In case a passenger can’t make it to Chile, will lose the money of the trip. The documentation needed: • Argentinian (natural or permanent residents) or residents in Mercosur countries: DNI or Personal ID. • Other Nationalities: Passport with Chilenean Visa (Depending international agreements) (not every country – check with us!).

Weather conditions: The company will not respond if the tour is delayed or not finished, because of bad weather conditions. Schedule Changes: The Company has the right to modify the tour itinerary when it seems necessary.

Food: If you want to carry food with you it will have to be packaged, dried. (for example: cereal bars, chips, cans, etc). Please, do not bring fresh food (vegetables, meat, bread, etc) or liquids, the frontier staff may take ti away.
